
Chantal became a member of the Brussels Bar in 1995. In addition to her law degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (1995), she holds a degree in tax law from the Fiscale Hogeschool (1997) and a degree in labour law from the University of Brussels (V.U.B. 2000). Before joining Vandendijk & Partners in 2002, she has worked for Loyens & Volkmaars and Claeys & Engels. Chantal specializes in international and domestic tax law, in particular where they border with elements of employment and social security law. She has a particular expertise in compensation and benefits, insurances and pensions and all aspects of occupational pension schemes.
Chantal combines this with a focus on estate planning matters. Chantal is a regular contributor to a wide variety of tax publications. For Tijdschrift voor Fiscaal Recht she compiles and coordinates on the periodic overviews of the Belgian income tax case law.
