Activity fields

Frédéric Puel is the partner in charge of the activity European law of the law firm Fidal International Division. He leads the office of Brussels since 1999.

He intervenes more specifically in the fields of Competition law and in particular:

• Complaints and notifications to the European Commission,
• Litigation Court of Justice and Court of First Instance,
• Competition Audit and creation of compliance program
• Negotiation based on arguments in European Competition law and procedure

He also has a strong experience in lobbying the European Commission.

He intervenes as well in Internal Market law and consumer law. He published several articles in these fields.
